• Offer letter & Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE)

• Academic certificates & transcripts

• Proof of accommodation

• Insurance documents

• Vaccination certificates (if applicable)

• Emergency contacts (Idea Maker office, university, relatives)

Packing Tips

• Check your airline’s baggage allowance.

• Pack climate-appropriate clothing.

• Include basic medicines (with prescription).

• Adapters, chargers, laptop, and travel-size toiletries.

• Do not carry restricted items (sharp objects, large liquid bottles, etc.)

Airport & Travel Guidelines

• Arrive at the airport 3 hours before your flight.

• Keep your passport and documents easily accessible.

• Be polite and clear at immigration.

• Note your transit times and gate numbers.

• Have some local currency or an international card.

Arrival Abroad

• Arrange pickup in advance (university, friend, or taxi).

• Contact your family once you land.

• Attend orientation at your university.

• Register your local address and student details as required (police, university, etc.)

• Ensure temporary accommodation is ready (if permanent isn't arranged).

• Learn basic transport, banking, and SIM card setup.

• Budget wisely – understand cost of living.
